Looks like the front grille of a Nissan Pathfinder to me...
Edit: The Armada, Xterra, Frontier and Titan all have similar grills...
Appears to be the vent/grille from the drivers side?
Are you able to get the paint color off of your car damage? Is it the dark grey in the send pic? A part of the bumper?
That sucks Ktrain, had a similar incident at my house a few years ago - some baptist churchie clipped my brothers truck as it was parked out front - same thing - left bits of his car, but nothing identifiable. Their white paint on the scrape - had a look for months every Sunday on white church cars but I never did find anything...
Good luck though.
PS Very unlikely, but is there a note on the windshield/mailbox/blown around in the yard area?

I assume the last peice is a fog light delete on a base model?
How high is the damage? (Have a photo of it?) It would help narrow the vehicle options down.

Seems kind of low for a Nissan SUV/truck, doesnt it? Is your truck a little higher than normal?

You're right, it is low. It's just a small Chev S10 pick-up. The grill piece looked like it could be from the lower part of the bumper. Rogue or a Versa maybe.

The problem is, that grill piece appears to be from the truck/SUV segment - can't find a single car that uses that grill style... unless he jammed on the brakes and the front end lowered...

What neighborhood are you in? I'll ask if beyond can keep an eye open for this vehicle as well... they are pretty good about that.

Definetely looks like one of those side grill peices.
Weird how it hit so low though. That doesn't make any sense to me. And braking to make the front end dip would require lots of traction.

The grill is on a slant, so I think the lower bumper hit the S10.

braking hard would result in a drop in height of the front end.
