Default does CANCON apply to stadiums or events?
Can they play anything or are they forced to play Canadian content by law?

Just curious, I know regular broadcasting is required to play a set amount of Canadian content.

I don't believe the rules apply to shows if that's what you are asking. Only broadcasting.
