The age of consent is 14, and the guy is facing 6 years in prison.
Though no word on whether or not the marriage is 100% legal.

I think they have a law that can see you thrown in jail if you don't impregnate and marry an 11 year old by the time you are 20.

It's 13 in Spain (lowest in Europe)
Also 13 in Japan fyi.
It used to be common practice for 12 and 13 year olds to start having children. Practically everyone alive today is here because our ancestors were what we'd call today; pedophiles.
