Default TV or cable issue!?
I keep getting a black square come up on my TV screen and it blocks out most of the screen!
Any ideas what's up? or how to fix?

I'd recommend starting a few more threads and the problem will be solved.

Anytime. I had that happen to me and had no idea why. I was almost ready to buy a new TV and finally figured it out. (this was years ago and CP wasn't around for me to have these things solved!)
