Flyers with a win, Gagne came through this game. Alffy got an assist in his last game with the team, he can take his sorry arse to minny now.
Bergeron with a sports hernia, im surprised it wasn't Gagne getting one.
The Phantoms lost in OT which sucks.

Well that's 3 wins against the Red Wings this year so that means we win the season series. One of these days I'll get a chance to make up one of my 5 games in hand on Vancouver and maybe get past them in the standings. 7-4 doesn't seem like a bad record, but we're 8th in our Conference and like 17th in the league! I guess we suck.

Damn, our fourth one goal loss in a row, very frustrating.
This made me laugh:

Multi-point games from Rolston, Krejci, Moore, and Zajac. Well done.

Atlanta wins their 6th straight game after posting a 5-3 win over the Panthers. It was a close game shot wise but the difference was Atlanta's #1 line line of Sturm-Datsyuk-Hossa who combined for 9 points. Interesting note in this game was Khabibulin was ejected in the 2nd period for an attempt to injure so backup Ellis came in and was credited with the victory. We now face the Kings tomorrow for a chance to continue the winning streak. Datsyuk is on a crazy pace after posting 20 points in 11 games to lead the cphl's scoring race.

We finally got whacked today.
For having such a good defensive team, our PK has been very Leaf-like. Gave up 3 powerplay goals in one period today. One day off before a game with Atlanta.

Stupid Oilers!
Kubina must of done something veryyy bad. Gets a game misconduct and suspended a game for unsportsmanlike conduct. Raycroft has been gold in relief this season.

Wow, Devils almost got their 4th win of the season, and at the same time, our farm team got spanked. That's it - trade 'em all.

Interesting game as the Sabres lose their first in six starts. We chased Roloson midway through the game, but then the Yotes score late in the 2nd and again early in the third to chase giguere. Both backups were perfect in this one . A couple of big fights in this game also

He obviously turned to the boards, skated as hard as he could and jumped feet first.

We outshoot LA 37-29 and lose 2-1...Mason played outstanding for the Kings. I am not disappointed with the effort, although it would have been nice to put a few more in the net.

My sources say he was at a party the previous night and tried to jump into a swimming pool from the roof of a house and missed. He toughed out the pain until the opening shift and than keeled over so he could claim it was a work place incident and still get paid. Not that I ever knew anyone who pulled that stunt in the past.

Well this team needed a good performance and the offense finally came to life. Crosby had his best game of the season with 2 goals and a helper and JP Dumont took it to his old team with a 3 point effort. Hopefully this win will trigger some consistency among this group.

The Predators get beat 5-2 by the Canucks...and suffer another injury. Hopefully some of these guys heal up soon. I suppose the good news is that there really isn't much of a drop off between the call-ups and the players going down, but that is also the bad news for us!
The Admirals picked up another win 2-0 over the Moose. Mike Brown hits the IR down there for a month with a strained right knee.
