Canadian Forces - Reserves?

Just curious - does anyone have any experience with the reserves? http://www.forces.ca/html/reserveforce_en.aspx

Calgary Reserves is know as the Highlanders: http://www.calgaryhighlanders.com

I've always been interested in what it's like. What sort of stuff do you do? What is the training like?
