Big win over the Black hawks. Would love to tell you what happened in the game, but it links to a pre-season game featuring St.Louis and Chicago on the 29th of September. 5-1 record on the season...probably puts us like 6th in the Conference. Seems like every day we lose ground even if we do win.

Okay, cleared the ol cache and now I can see. Steve Weiss with 1 goal and 3 assists and a +4 day. Ryan Suter did a good job of waiting at the bench for the team to score before changing to put up a +5 rating. Bryzgalov and the Hawks were really ready for this one, outshot 14-4 and down 5-0 after one by the Oilers. But the CPHL Oilers are mentally tough, and held off the Hawks. Not like a bunch of idiots from Calgary!

How have the Canucks already played 9 games? Talk about being tired. That's just mean. Nice game from Setoguchi.

WOW the Preds PK was atrocious today! We managed to kill off one penalty out of four and clearly that was the difference in the 6-5 decision to the Stars.

At least we got a few days off here to recover and will hopefully get things rolling when guys are recovered. One bright spot is that we might have two lines scoring here, which would be a nice change!

Nice win for the Sharks, seems like the line shake up has worked out OK. The Farm team continues to roll along as well.

Flames drop a high scoring 6-4 game to the Sens. Good games from Girardi and Spezza. Maybe I should increase the defensive settings?

This was the worst defensive effort of the season so far, but we still managed to win.

Legace finally had a bad game and allowed 5. Didn't end up costing us because the 2nd line had all 6 goals. 2 by Dubinsky, 2 by Souray (with the 2nd line forwards on the ice), 1 by Cooke and GWG by Park.

Souray now leads the entire CPHL in scoring with 6 goals and 6 assists!

I can tell you that we won't play firewagon hockey like this against the Wild.

And today was a historic moment for the Stars franchise since I took over.....

Today is the first time I have ever been leading the division, and this is the highest I've been in the standings (currently 3rd in the conference).

Good game by the leaders Blake and Hejduk. Lehtenin notched 3 points as the guys peppered the Canes net for 42 shots.

Wow monster win vs the LA Kings today. Andrei Kostitsyn replaced jokinen and in 2 games had 3 points and is +4 or something, great effort! Kipper is starting to come around and the team is playing some good D.

How about Danny Briere, 6 points in 2 games! Nice to see the Ducks actually win 2 games in a row for the first time this season.

Real even game against the Nucks. 5th game in a row to be decided in OT for the Wings. A little line juggling helps Morrow get his first point of the season.

Wasn't pretty but Lou shut the door and Pitkanen score the games lone goal.

Simon Gagne has been playing well but isn't happy despite getting first line minutes. Oh well.

Phantoms lost, they can't seem to keep their goals against.
