Default Need Help with Lines - Day 4 and 6

I am getting a Hernia operation done tomorrow, so i will be painkilled and loopy for the rest of the week.

If someone can help me it would be awesome.

My father had to get that done a few years back. Not exactly a fun time ahead for you for the next few days.

Make sure to take it easy for a long while. It takes 2 full years before it completely heals. Until then, it can pop back out if you do heavy lifting.

I hope one week off work and back to sports in 6 weeks is enough time.

That should be enough time, just don't over do it.

Really though, don't lift anything over 20-30lbs without getting some assistance for at least 6 months. Take caution and you'll be fine.
