Its official...i have pig flu!
just wanted to sensationalize the title... 
but for real...just got the call from the county health center, and i am now the proud owner of the h1n1 virus....  Lemme tell ya...its a nasty little bug too.
Started Friday....ignored it until i couldn't any longer on Saturday. Took a quick trip to the clinic, doctor suspected, did the test and they just called. Funny thng is today is the best i have felt since Saturday, but have to stay in the house til at least Thursday at this point. Just waiting for the blond to start showing symptoms now. Oh joy.

Not at all...started with a bad belly on Friday and just escalated. Nasty headache by Friday night along with the usual gastro-intestinal challenges and then the fever hit. Still reading 100+, with a high on Saturday night of 102.
im tellin my wife you just called her a pig!!

really it does feel like the flu but just a bit more intense on the symptoms....right now its about the fever and the aches...the aches are like i just went and played a full football game against the Pittburgh defense. Everything hurts.....hell it feels like my hair hurts.

Is nothing working for your pain? ......Tylenol, Advil Etc...?

Well. . . Since you've gotten it, and you're already through the worst part might as well think positively, luckily you got it and now as you'll more than likely survive if it mutates a bit and becomes a real problem! Whereas us unlucky "not sick people" are sitting at home wondering when it's going to mutate and kill us all!!!
Can you sneeze in a petri dish and mail it to me? Then I can save myself!

We're all pulling for you not to die and then come back and fill us in on the gory details about the flu that apparently 1/3rd of us all will eventually get.

We should have an on going flu thread this year to see how many CPers get infected. Using this sample size 1/3 of our registered users should get infected.. we can see how many actually do!

Are you taking anything for it?
I got really sick for about two week a while back but didn't see the doctor and it somewhat passed. I am still coughing time to time but it slowly going away.
I got sick after coming back from Wangcouver so I'm guessing SARS over Pig Flu.
