XBOX Freezing - No RROD

So I'm trying to play NHL10 last night and lo and behold the XBOX freezes before a match against the Canadiens started. So I restart try it again, and it freezes again.

Crap, I think.

I stick in Grand Theft Auto, get to the point where I'm ready to run around and cause havoc and it freezes. Nothing, nada, can't get back to console menu...nothing. Not even a red ring of death.

So it's not the games, I don't play online..anyone have any idea what I can do or who to call?

Give it time, your xbox is hooped and it's just a matter of time before RRoD.

Same thing happened to me, which is annoying because you have to wait and keep playing until it breaks. But it sucks to play because it always freezes.

Play without a harddrive, that is what I did, and the next day it gave me the red lights.

Yep, just keep turning it on. It'll get to a point where it can go no further, and you've gotta keep bringing it there. It'll light up soon.

What do I do now?

Phone microsoft, if is within 3 years of you purchasing it they'll send you a new one. If it is passed 3 years (like me) your hooped.
