Like new 09 Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Bought in May of this year - only 2000kms on it. This bike is in pristine condition - never dropped or raced. Fun as hell to ride, it handles as well as anything I've ridden. The only reason I'm selling it because I was laid off and have to cut back on the luxuries.
The bike is still under warranty and barely used. It's not priced much below the MSRP but it's still just about $1000 less than you'll get it out the door of any bike shop in Calgary, after GST, frieght, etc.
