Default New Brunswickians (sp?) protest Alberta workers in NB

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/...rticle1293657/

Seriously? Last time I checked we all live in the same country.

Do these people realize there are likely thousands of people from New Brunswick working...errrr...stealing jobs from Albertans in this province. I don't see anything wrong with 200 Albertans going there to do a job they obviously have experience doing.

I say we start protesting all workers from out of province.

Another reason why I think unions are irrelevant.

Oh yes, I mean, do workers REALLY need rights anyways?

IBM was once upon the time the greatest company in the world.

Known as an organization that looked after its workers, there was never a need for any union.

Its only when companies start screwing over the worker when unions have a point.

Trust union members to act like total arses. Threating peoples lives isn't going to win you any favours. Bunch of cowards if you ask me. Act like civilized adults if have a point to make.

I'm not suprised some workers from Alberta have decided to pack up and leave for home. I wouldn't stay if people were making threats against my life.

So New Brunswickers have learned the word "empathy". Perhaps not in an enlightened context, but perhaps they'll retain it for the next boom in Alberta.
