Panthers name Captain and Alternates
The Panthers have named Rod Brind'Amour the Captain of the 2009-10 team. Serving as alternates are Stephane "Sandbox" Yelle and Brian Rafalski.
"We hope that we can surprise some teams this year and become one of the better teams in the league." Brind'Amour told reporters.
