I've used https://www.thestudio.com/ for medals/badged in the past. Product quality was great. It is the type of place where you want to make sure they have a 50% off sale before you order anything (which is almost always)

I've had gag trophies done at Canuck Amusements on 37th Street SW... I assume they do legitimate merchandise as well.

I think it's nice to be able to see & hold something like a medal or trophy before commiting, plus support local, etc
