Weird Pets??
Ok, so I was just out today getting some food for my dog.
As I was driving home, I snapped the following picture (just to prove it happened, I know it is not the greatest pic though...)
Yes, it is a lady walking a small horse. I did a double take! A HORSE. WTF!
Anyone seen this before? Anyone own any crazy pets of their own?

Are you sure it wasn't a mastiff? Maybe she is just going to a video shoot...

I know the pic is from far away, but she walked right in front of me as I was stopped at the red light.
It was most definitely a small horse.

I breed and sell "weird pets" for a living so the answer is yes. No small horses though.

Only in Calgary would you see someone walking a horse down the street.

short story: due to religion, she has to use a seeing eye horse instead of seeing eye dog
Maybe it could be the same thing

Wait a minute - that's weird?
Ok, I guess those police officers weren't kidding. Now where are those handcuff keys?

I always get a huge kick out of the two legged dog video because of how unphased the dog seems by the whole situation. It's almost like if he noticed you staring at him he'd go "Dude, what?!?"

I was in a store in Montreal oh so many moons ago when a lady walked by (inside the store) with a sheep on a leash and wearing a diaper (the sheep, not the lady).
I took a triple-take, but there was no mistakin' it!

Sugar gliders are pretty uncommon pets. Gaining in popularity in the States, and I can see them gaining popularity here as well.

Seeing-Eye Horses are gaining some steam because they are pretty easy to train, are loyal, and about the size of a big dog. They also have longer life spans than dogs, so a person can keep the same companion for a longer time.
