What if I am a free man-on-the-land, then can I text and drive?
Of course. But when you start floating towards a bright light, be sure to carefully explain that you don't consent to the rules of death, then if everything works out (which I'm told it always does for freemen) then you should shoot back down to your body and wake up unharmed.
So these girls drive into the other lane and hit the silver car head on. Then another car decides to drive on the wrong side of the road, with an open lane, to t-bone them?
Stupid video!

Yes, I was going to mention this. How can we be so sure that she wouldn't have crossed over and crashed without texting, you know....being a woamn and all.
I'll assume with everyone denying that texting can lead to accidents like this, you get the point and won't text and drive anymore.
Who is denying it?
When is the next video coming out about changing the radio station while driving? Or how about looking at a hot girl on the side walk when driving downtown?
There are just too many things that could cause an accident, texting is just the latest craze so everyone wants to blame it.

The Following 6 Users Say Thank You to HOOT For This Useful Post:
None of the 3 girls felt the car swerve to the right at all?
We'd be OK though, as North Americans, we'd just hit the ditch.
Love when you think it's over, even though it's only 0:35 into a 4 min long video... Boom... T-bone by someone else who was obviously bored with this video as well.
There's an advertising slogan for Bell / Telus / Rogers: "we're jacking up the price of texting to keep you safe!"
i am in california, where there is a law that prohibits drivers from cell phone usage (hands free is okay) and texting.
yeah, we are that stupid to realise that not concentrating on driving is dangerous...and we "need" a law for it. yet, i see people on the talking phone, texting...even reading books!!!! while driving.
good thing i ride a bike to work. that way i am save from other drivers...oh wait.
