Used - Good Condition. Minor scratches on casing, front has flappy cover so screen is mint

im not up on technology and really have no idea what this device does.... is it just a standard gps navigator? if so i would be interested, is it difficult to use? My car got broken into and they took my gps thus my interest in this product if it performs similar duties!

please excuse my stupidity on this matter.... lol
