Anyone Familiar With Fredericton?

Just wondering if anyone's familiar with Fredericton and in particular the Skyline Motel?

I'm looking into places there, and their name keeps coming up. I contacted them but am waiting to hear back with more details.

I lived there for 4 years. Awesome city and if being bilingual wasn't a requirement for just about every job I'd love to move back. Are you just looking for a place to stay for a short time? I've never stayed at the Skyline but if it's the one I'm thinking about it's not exactly close to downtown or anything else for that matter. Let me know what you want to know about the city and I'll fill you in.
