Would anyone be up for a CP hockey dynasty league?
This would be a complete keeper NHL league, we would draft it once this year, complete with prospects, and not re-draft (other than the entry draft every June).
Just gauging interest right now, I would set it up complete with salary cap and everything. But I want to see if there would be 30 GMs willing to put the time into a league like this, and their team. I know CP does little yahoo fantasy leagues every year, but not a keeper league. So just reply and add your name to the list if you would be interested (copy and paste), next to the team you would want. If we decide to go ahead with it then you will be guaranteed the team you asked for now. I left the Flames available because I figured we could do a lottery for them since everyone will want them

A keeper league is a fantasy hockey pool where teams remain the same from one year to the next (except for trading obviously). There isn't a re-draft every year. We will do a full fantasy draft this once and then keep all our players for next year, and the next, etc.
Although with the lack of interest so far it might not end up happening. We need a full slate of 30 GMs, and soon.

How soon? We are almost half way there less than 24 hours into the first post.
Even if we had to pick late by a a week or whatever it wouldn't really effect much. I don't think what happens in the first week would change anyways choices.

Well I would need to set up a site for it and that takes time. I just need to know whether or not to go ahead with it, and that depends on if we fill it up. It is going well so far but I can't really start unless I know we will have 30.
