Quick Reply not working?

Everytime I try to reply using the quick reply box on the bottom of the page, it just sits there going in a 'circle'...with all those dots.

My post ends up getting posted, but the it keeps saying 'please wait' or whatever it says when I try to post using the quick reply function.

I left it for about a hour. Didn't change.
