Happy Canada Day!
Let me be the first foreigner to wish all of my Canadian friends a happy Canada Day. I am sure for many of you it is the happiest you can recall! And for Jarome Iginla, BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!

OH that's terrible - I wish I was closer to you, I could share. I'm still over-stocked from the LCBO strike that never was here in Ontario.
Happy Canada Day everyone!!

Canada Day is my favorite holiday of the year. Canada really is a great place!
I hope I'm back there for a Canada Day at least once in the next three years.

Happy Canada Day! I love Canada Day, usually a great day to barbecue, have a few beers, have a few laughs, and just enjoy everything we hold uniquely Canadian.
I've been coast to coast, and I love this country like you wouldn't believe. Where else can you get the diversity that we have, with the unity that we have, and the overall politeness and kindess that are traits of pretty much all of our citizens.
We're a peaceful nation, that loves a good laugh. Our stereotype tends to be a quiet people that like to drink, and when we do rather than start fights we goof off, carry on, and have fun.
Despite the rain here on the east coast (got to love all the various regions of our vast nation) have a great day folks!

I was doing some roofing yesterday and working with immigrants and one of them invited us over for a 'Thanks Canada' barbeque.
I smiled at the translation. that's what he actually called ít or translated Canada Day to in his mind and it was nice to see that. We all have lots of reasons to be thankful.

I had an absolutely awesome Canada Day over here in London. Down at Trafalgar Square with about 5000 Canadians drinking Sleemans and sitting in the sunshine on the hottest day of the year. I lost my t-shirt so wore a Saskatchewan flag on the way home too.

Hmmm I do not recall seeing anyone wearing a Saskatchewan flag but then again I was only there from 7pm-close.

Ran 16 km out on a lonely country road in sun of the early morning, then was walking a windy, windy lakeshore, looking for dead things and other stuff to smell, did some lawnwork, read on the deck, had a beer, read some more . . . . . enjoyed the rain later on. Fairly normal day actually!!
