Default Flags at half mast
I have noticed many flags have been at half mast in recent days. Some idiot said maybe it was for Micheal Jackson but really... anyone know why?

Have I missed a police officer or prominant person passing on?

they need to put signs on the bottom of the flagpole whenever they go to half mast, I always wonder who they're for.

It has to be Romeo LeBlanc. Unfortunate that the death that means something to us as Canadians got lost amongst all the celebrity passings.

Yeah, it would be for the death of a former GG. They'll be at half mast until his funeral, I believe.

I'm going to have to do some googling, cause I have no idea who this Romeo guy is...

UPDATE: Well, I looked. Never heard of the guy before. It should mean more to me due to it being a prominant Canadian, but sadly... it doesn't. Regardless... RIP Mr. LeBlanc.
