Business in Australia

Hey guys, just wondering where i could find information about emmigrating to Australia. I have a decent amount of money to start up a small business, but i was wondering what the protocol and regulations are for a Non-citizen coming into the country. Basically i want to move to Australia and, barring finding a job as an instrument tech, i wouldnt mind opening up a bar/lounge somewhere.
