I truly feel with a little more attention the apple tv could be effin massive for apple. It's really cool as it is now, but with some tweaks it could be a huge seller IMO. Unfortunately my ideas for tweaks are very "unapple" (such as up the file format support).
Gestures are super cool, but I find I don't hate the apple tv remote enough to use the phone all the time. I'd rather see an interface change so that your streaming movie and tv shows are displayed as they are in iTunes (as little thumbnails instead of in a giant list).
