Tech Help?

For some reason my laptop won't load CP anymore (I'm on my co-workers right now), I thought for awhile that maybe CP was down, but when I used this laptop I was able to access the site no problem.

I can access all the other sites I normally use just not CP. I just get "Internet Explorer Cannot display the webpage." I use IE8. I also tried downloading Firefox but the same thing happened. My computer is blocking it somehow.

Anybody know how I can fix this? I gotta have access to CP or I'll go batty.

Have you tried taking your laptop to somebody else's house to see if you can connect there?

I have an air card.

With your suggestion, I unplugged my air card and hooked up to a hardline. I was able to load CP on my laptop, I then switched it back and once again couldn't connect to CP.

It appears to be my aircard that is stopping from connecting to my favorite site. Geez. I guess I'll get a hold of telus and find out what I can do.

Telus guy had nada for me. This sucks.

Tell them it must be a DNS issue on their end. If the laptop works on a different connection, but not on Telus wireless, they must be doing something wrong there.

Call back, and if the person cannot help you ask to escallated to either a level 2 tech, or to their supervisor.
