At what point is the turnover for penalties for a resigned UFA retiring. It would be my assumption that we would be past it but there was a time that the turnover from the last season and the new season was July 1st.... but that could have been because the turnover that Cam was always so kind t do was around then.
Do we have a approximate set time. I've been hit roughly 5 time by this rule and have always wondered.
I'm nt talkig in reference to Hatcher but for my own rough notes
