I hate to go against the grain, but I didn't find that funny at all. In fact, 'spontaneous' dancing in public places is pretty overdone nowadays.
I'll give them props for getting that many bad pants in one room, however.

The guys wearing skin-tight, women's, "de-stressed" jeans or the people in the golden parachute pants?

I really want some gold foil hammer pants. I think they'd be perfect for slo pitch tournaments.

Haha I just got a mental image of my team wearing those and I think you're on to something!
I think this song is one day going to replace the YMCA as jam most likely to get drunk white people up and dancing at sporting events.

I gotta go with Jayems on this one. Planned "spontaneous" things like this are way overdone, and the novelty has really worn off for me.

It would be pretty tough to have an unplanned hammertime dance with 50 people in matching gold hammerpants who all know the dance perfectly.

Yeah, but that wasn't my point, my point was that planned spontaneous events like this (in my opinion) have been way overdone in the last couple of years, and they just aren't funny to me anymore.
