Default need attorney for home sale

We have sold our home and need to be out by the end of Nov. We are looking for a lawyer to handle our end of the sale.
We can use the Jayman lawyer(we are building new with them) however, I heard it may actually be a little cheaper to shop around.

Any help or tips would be appreciated. Thanks

Is the Jayman lawyer fees covered for your sale? If so, use them. If not, call around for quotes (but you get what you pay for when you go with the cheapest). We would be around $500 plus disbursements.

Thanks Mr. Troutman. I don't believe they are covered by Jayman( I will check right now) but you will be the first call I make

Thanks

I know that Jayman is included for the purchase part of the transaction. Maybe not the sale of your house.

You can't go wrong with Troutman. Not just him but I've also had some positive dealings with his staff as well.
