Default She said "bite me". So he did.

- An analyst at the Connecticut Police Academy says a co-worker responded literally to her "bite me" remark and chomped on her.

Former Waterbury police captain Francis Woodruff was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court. He's accused of biting academy licence and applications analyst Rochelle Wyler on April 24.

Good thing it wasn't a male co-worker telling him to "suck it"

troutman, just a quick question. Do you think this guy has a legal leg to stand on. I mean, would any judge accept his defense against assault charges?

I don't think it is reasonable for anyone to assume she literally consented to being bitten.

Yeah, my first thought was that the girl is likely way over-reacting to something he was doing in a playful manner.

Of course if he did actually viciously bite her, that's something altogether different... but I'd be surprised if that were the case.

I'll be honest, I was hoping there was going to be some sort of vampire angle to this story.

I'm not so sure biting in a playful manner is ok in the workplace either.

Especially not hard enough that "A police arrest report says Wyler had teeth marks and bruising on the back of her left arm." http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/WeirdNew...593246-ap.html
