The other day I saw a guy on a motorcycle, talking on his cell phone. Not stopped on the side of the road or at a light, riding down the street at 20 kph, right shoulder raised and his head cocked down to hold the phone in place. Just talking away and smiling.
Then last week I witnessed a person jaywalking across a busy street, pushing a baby stroller with a kid inside.

Had a young lady pass me on the freeway yesterday filling out paperwork on her steering wheel. In the backseat was her young son. I like to think that he was acutally buckled in to the car seat he was sitting in.

I was stopped at a red light and look over at the car beside me and there is a lady playing the piccolo. I figure OK we are stopped, a little weird but whatever. Then the light turns green and she keeps playing all the way to the next red light. I had to turn off so I am not sure how long she kept going but I am kinda glad that I did.
Some young teen girl down the street running in front of a car full of teenage boys who were taunting her, thinking that standing in front of the car and yelling the f word would get them to stop driving by to taunt her. Then they tried to play power games by slowly bumping into her with their car to try to get her out of the way. Stupid kids. It probably would've gone on if another neighbour didn't come running out with his shovel, hollering at his wife to call the cops. The girl ran inside and the teens drove away and didn't return.... probably the smartest thing they did today.

Just yesterday, I saw a mom jaywalking, holding her young daughter by the hand, literally no more than 10 feet from the 3 way stop.
She was just far enough away from the corner that cars would not have seen her when they were turning around the corner, and in fact, I think a truck did fly by her when she was already crossing in the other lane.

Driving home from Calgary today a guy on a motorcycle passed me doing at leat 160 kms and he only had one hand one the handlebar. I expected to see him in the ditch a few kms up the road.
At an intersection, I saw an old couple in a 3/4 ton Dodge with Beanie Babies all over the interior, hanging from the headliner, all over the dash etc.
Collecting Beanie Babies, just stupid......................
