Yep... watched this a while ago. It's absurd really.

I'm not going to comment further on it... I'll just run my mouth and get myself into trouble with the women.

While Yasa filed the lawsuit last year, he said he is going public with his story now to make people aware of how vulnerable taxi drivers are while they are on the job.
It's not just taxi drivers that are vulnerable for this kind of thing... it could happen to anyone. And probably has.

I hope he wins his case. The damage that could have been done to him if he didn't have the camera is enormous.

Well I highly doubt they would have made it up out of thin air. It'll be interesting to see what happens in court.

Just kidding. What bitches.

I hate when girls band together to drink like that at that age. They think the world owes something to them. I saw WAY too many of these groups during my university days.

Actually, I just don't like free-wheelin' teenagers in general anymore, especially those who just recently became of age and don't know how to handle themselves.

I was wondering the same thing. I always thought it was crime to make false accusations against a person. And an apology the next day doesn't count in my books.

Sure, but would it have held up in court while being kept the same charge? The CP might have decided it wouldn't.

But really, are you going to keep asking it over and over? Cause none of us are the CP that decided it.

Yes, I demand answers!!!
It's nice that the guy got off, but the failure here is the fact the girls weren't charged..False charges like rape not only can ruin the cabbies life, but it also does a disservice to women who are actually raped...

Yeah, like the lacrosse team down south who had their whole lived ruined by someone who lied about being raped.

Is it really an example of typical 'free wheelin' teenagers, or yet another band of people so self-absorbed that they act as if their actions are of no consequence onto others? These could have been 25 years olds too. I've sure met my share of selfish people at all age brakets.
