A peace officer Can Not do this. Has no right to do this. And should be fired for doing this. I'm not saying the kid was in the right, but when an officer has sworn oaths he must be faithful to them.

I understand the frustration that this kid caused but he must stand for trial. An officer can not use force when force is not needed.
What happens when some other kid see's this. Knows he is getting beaten anyway so doesn't give up. We don't know the whole story here as well. However, if you feel police brutality is okay then I hope it never happens to you.

That's the most misleading title ever. The kid was totally resisting arrest, hence the lolcopter, car chase, police dog, etc. It just so happens that he ceased resisting arrest at the time of the kick, but once you wind the cops up that much you have to be ######ed to think they aren't going to rough you up a bit. IMO, they went pretty easy on this guy.

You just take the part of the video address that comes after "=" (so in your case wfyYT4E0fyA), and then stick it in [youtube] opening and closing brackets.
If you quote my post you'll see how it works here:

The kick looks unneccesary, but one video from a helicopter certainly doesn't tell the whole story. Was the suspect saying something leading up to that? Why was the guy running in the first place? How long was the chase? stuff like that.
It's pointless to pass judgement until the whole story is known here. The cop could have a legitimate reason. The cop may still have thought the suspect was dangerous, for example.
The kick seems pretty unnecessary to me. Suspect gave up his resistance, got on the ground, the cop has a gun pointed at him, the kick just seems like an "FU" from the cop for making his fat ass run.

Uhh...I think the kid resisted arrest for 50 of the 65 seconds of that video. He was clearly running from the cops. Just because he lies down afterwards doesnt absolve him of his initial resistance.
I'd have probably done worse.

The cop wasn't fat. The giant FU seems about right though.
