Yeah I'm so confused.
Family guy although hillarious, really doesn't take itself seriously enough to lose any credibility.
I am assuming you are talking about Bones....

Yes, people who love their wives watch Bones.
It's a long way from being the worst series on network television.
Plus, there's always a chance I'll get to see Emily Deschanel in a Wonder Woman get up.
Hubba hubba.

Bones is great. I'll postpone judgement on this crossover untilnit happens.
I'm just bitter that I found out last night that ABC has cancelled Life on Mars.

All stupid television executive decisions this week pale against the renaming of the "SyFy" channel.

Family Guy is doing a good job of destroying Family Guy. I'm a huge fan but the last few episodes have been terrible. Honestly why do they think 3 minutes of Conway Twitty is funny and entertaining or a Stewie 3 minute+ video of a Bryan Adams song.

Well to be fair the US version got 1 more episode than the British version.

But one episode for the British version of shows is like a half season of an American show. Unless it's Coupling.

Really? Brutal... I liked the UK version a lot but wanted to hold off on watching the American one until I was sure ABC was going to give it proper support. I suspected they might cancel it. I hope they provide some closure to the viewers that spent their time on it, and don't just pull the pin on the story. ABC is renowned for doing that and I find it so disrespectful to the audience.
Anyway, the UK one was shorter but also had a set end-point from the beginnig. For UK fans of 'Life on Mars' do check out 'Ashes to Ashes' which is its follow-up. I haven't seen it yet, but it's supposed to be quite good.

The one good thing about ABC cancelling Life on Mars is that they are going to provide closure for what's really been going on. The only reason I knew it was cancelled is that they stated on next week's preview, "It's the last episode before the series finale that reveals what is really going on".
There's nothing worse then investing in a show with a mystery and never getting the payoff. I remember a show like Fox's Reunion that was a murder mystery but they cancelled it before telling the audience who the killer was.

Meh... any showing worth watching will eventually be released on DVD. Go out, live your life, and then one day when you want to watch some entertainment buy a DVD series. That way you'll never be disappointed!

To be fair, the song Conway was singing had pretty hilarious lyrics which basically boiled down to "I know you have a man, but I also know you want my junk"
