Want to gauge interest for this. I know newts set a weekly one up for a few weekends in September '06 but the consensus was Sundays aren't very good for poker, and now that the board's got a few more members I figured maybe I'd try set something up again.

could make it a weekly or completely random thing, evenings around 7 or 8 pm MST. I'm usually free most nights during the week that there's not a flames game on.

So, any interest among the boards members?

Also, if you have any questions re: pokerstars or depositing money, you can PM me or ask them in this thread.

Turnout with $11 buy-in wasn't very good so I'll probably make it $5.50 as that's the lowest you can go on Private Pokerstars Tournaments.

No, unfortunately Andre Roy won't be there. But on Pokerstars you can change your avatar to Andre Roy in a child's cowboy hat.

I didnt realize it was poker stars....I thought this was a go to someones house and play poker. If its poker stars I dont think i would be in

I was just thinking about this a week or so ago. I would have done this when you had suggested it before, but I was not playing online at the time.

So, if you get something going, I would be interested in playing.

I still have my PokerStars account, and just started using it again, so I'd be interested.

As for in person poker, I'd be up for that too, as long as the buy in's don't become some ridiculous amount.

I'm down for a casino night as well if some one organizes. Greyeagle does a $60+5 tourny weeknights at 8pm and Cash does a 7:30 weeknight tourney (same sort of buy in).

I prefer the Greyeagle poker room, mostly because it is closer to where I live, and the poker chips are newer (they use larger chips for the $500/$1000 which for whatever reason I really like).

I would be interested as long as the site can handle Mac users. I am pretty sure pokerstars for example never used to have that capability...it might be changed now. I used to play in newts' tournaments, and they were a lot of fun.

I'll play, as long as I don't have to organize, and that's it's on or after 8pm MST. Doesn't matter which day of the week.
