Gluten Free in Edmonton

I am leaving to Edmonton tomorrow for the weekend with the girlfriend and wondering if anyone had any suggestions for good places to eat for a Celiac. We are staying near West Ed so somewhere around there would be preferable.

We are also big Mexican fans, and she can usually eat at those restaurants if they are authentic (ie uses corn flour for the tacos) so any suggestions on that front would be much appreciated as well

So I am and so are my neighbors who are from chicago and neither one of us have found a decent mexican place in Edmonton. There is however a great little place in Saskatoon.
