Hey does anyone here work at Baytex?
Just heard from a friend of mine that they had repriced their employee options. It that true?

How does that work? Do they have to get board approval? Shareholder approval?

Repricing doesn't seem to occur much these days....

My husband used to work there and they called it "Babetex".

I would assume the options are being priced lower to offer more incentive to the employees, but I've never experienced any "re-pricing" myself so I'm not really sure.
