I think its real. I doubt there would be a whole gallery of the pictures if it was fake... that would have been a lot of work.

On Global National last night they had similar footage...a water main breaking in some neighborhood, water all overthe place and icing up the entire car. The background is different for these pics though.

It kind or reminds me of that scene in Die Another Day when Bond was driving that car on ice.

Although the car didnt look like that.
