Don't know 'em, asked a few guys that might deal with them - nothing.

They have BBB and CRHBA logos on their site, so they should be legit.

I was wondering if anyones used this company before. They make their own compisite decking and railings. I talked to another contractor and they said they have to have the decking approved. he's got me worried only because i was gonna go with them now im having second thoughts. their quote was $2000 lower because they make their own stuff. They are members of BBB.

Has anyone heard of them or used them?

Thanks

BBB gave it an A+ grade based on:
Quote:
BBB assigns grades from A to F with pluses and minuses. A+ is the highest grade and F is the lowest. The grade represents BBB’s degree of confidence that the business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns.

They also appear to be members of a few other reputable associations, like the Canadian Home Builder's Association. That looks like enough to me, but I might ask them for references etc just to be safe if you are concerned.

In fact... there are testimonials on their website http://www.home-rail.com/testimonials.php

They are the company that our home builder used to build our deck railing. We recently expanded our deck, and just last week, I had to go up their office and get the materials that matched. The hubby built it on his own, but the guy helped me figure out what I needed and loaded into my car. He was very very nice to deal with. There railings are good quality as well and not too hard to install! I'd recommend them!
