Default Poll Jihad - DEMAND KISS to play in Calgary
To all CP KISS fans...

KISS is planning the first ever "fan routed" North American tour. Cities played will be determined by on-line voting.

As of today, Calgary sits 19th (Winnipeg 1st if you can beleive it..) Make sure to vote as many times as possible to get KISS here. Sure, they may be past their prime and cheesy.. but their concerts are a blast and they can still bring it.

Not really a big KISS fan, but I put my vote in JBR.

If I am reading the current results right, is it the case the Winnipeg is leading and Calgary is in 19th (two spots behind Edmonton)?

I'll vote for you guys to get them. They are in this area twice this summer.
Playing at Bayfest on July 11 and then in Windsor at Caesar's on July 12.
My son is home today waiting for the tickets to go on sale at noon for the date at Caesars!

I hadn't really seen a concert until I saw these guys after their reunion in '96? and again a couple of years later.

Their music may not be the most well written and they may not be the best musicians on the planet but holy jeez do they put on a show.
