My wife was on Breakfast Television this morning and they put link of her appearance on their website.

Here is the link to view the video. What do I have to do to save it so we can burn it to a CD or at least save it to the computer's hard drive.

VideoDownloader might work, but IIRC it needs to be on a host that is supported.

Edit: Alternately, one of the alternatives found here might work better, but i have never tried them.

(I just had to use Let me google that for you for that link, just because I get such a big kick out of it, not because you should have done it)

Internet Download Manager gives you the option to download every video you watch on the internet.

But you have to 'buy' the program, or get it through illegal methods.

Firefox has many add-ons that can grab flash video. I use download helper (I think that's the name).

If you use Opera, everything you view is automatically put in the cache folder so it's already saved!
