Hot Carl
Useless thread alert!!
I snapped this pic yesterday in Crestmont. I thought it was hilarious that the guy would put this on his plate. I pondered it a bit and figured that he wins both ways, shock value wise. When people read it they either do a double take knowing the slang term or else they do a double take thinking he's a conceited pig. Either way, he gets the attention he obviously wants.

What is the meaning of the slang term?

I like Calgary but I hate how new money behaves.
There are tons of these out now.

You don't want to know. And if you do, that's what urbandictionary.com is for. I looked it up. Where do people come up with this stuff?

As a side note, it doesn't really surprise me that 4x knew what it meant when he saw the plate...

Haha that's hilarious. I can't believe you guys have never heard of it before....it's the original term that spawned all the other weird terms like donkey punch, cleveland steamer and cherry danish.
I doubt anyone's actually done any of these but the thought is pretty funny.

I refuse to be tricked into finding out what the other terms mean.
The sad thing is that I'm fairly certain there are some freaks out there who have done all of the above.

Ah, now I know.
If it spawned Cleveland Steamer it must be really old. That one's been around for a long time.

LOL
I absolutely HAD to go see what a Hot Carl is. Maybe this guy has no idea? Maybe his name is Carl and he thinks he's hot? Wouldn't that in a way be a lot funnier?
It would be like if someone put "Chili Dog" on their license plate just because they really honest to goodness like chili dogs... and then find out it also means to, well...

I knew a guy that had TBAGNIT as a plate. That was pretty funny, and I have no idea how he got it approved.
I knew another guy that tried to get 3M TA3....I thought that was pretty clever. He was denied though.

LOL! I had no idea what the slang term meant at all, and you have to love it when the motor vehicles department doesn't either. Holy crap is that funny! (pun absolutely intended)
