World Health Club Voucher

I got a voucher here for the World Health Club for 5 free months. It's for new members only that is, it can't be used on an existing membership. My membership was $68/month, five months of that is $340, I'd like $240 for the voucher.

Do you know if I would have to pay the one time start up fee with this voucher?

I can't say for sure. I know when I signed up, all I had to do was waffle about the start-up fee for about five seconds and they dropped it. I also heard on the radio a couple weeks ago a promotion they had where there was no sign up fee.
