Does anyone know where to find Bag Balm?
I can't seem to find this balm anywhere around Calgary, does anyone know where I can locate this?
It's supposed to work miracles on dogs who have raw and sensitive paw pads.
http://www.bagbalm.com/
Thanks!

Ah... for paw pads... that's a slightly less weird request than I was expecting when I read the thread title.

I think you can buy it from Lee Valley.
My Mom got me some before and I am pretty sure that's where.

We called Lee Valley, they do not sell it here in Alberta.
"Not available to customers in Alberta" Last line in that link.

The stuff is awesome for chaffing legs for cyclists. It is far better than anything else I have ever used. I was biking from Vancouver to Calgary, and on the way into Merrit my legs were chaffing something fierce - it was very painful. Then I saw a billboard outside an animal supply store - "Bag Balm Sale". I'd heard of the product but could never find it - after using it, it reinforced my faith in a good and loving God.
The stuff is made to apply to cows teats who can become irritated during milking. Shania Twain announced she uses it on her face. The makeup company she promoted was very unimpressed.

It's used a lot in the horse world. You can buy it at the horse store on kensington road. Lammle's doesn't carry it and I don't think their equivalent "Udder butter" is as good for human use. Oops I just re-read the original post and you wanted it for your dog's paws. Udder butter might be okay for that, but bag balm is definitely the best.

Thanks, I picked up two containers today.
The Horse Store on Kensington Road had it. It's also 20% off until the end of the month.
