Old Game Music

This is gonna seem kind of obscure, but does anyone know where I could find a couple old video game songs to buy/download, or software to take it straight off of the game CD?

I used to import some game soundtracks from Japan, but the two songs/games I'm looking for they do not have.

Mainly would like "Desert Wind" off of the Simcity 3000 CD, but there are some Tales of Symphonia songs I'd love to have as well. Looking for MP3 format of course.

I'm not looking for anything illegal, so P2P stuff is out.

I was always a fan of the Rainbow 6: Rogue Spear theme, found it on the song composer's website

the only problem is I can never seem to get the streaming audio to work on that site
