resetting a sirius radio...

Alright, I got a satellite radio from a friend of mine, a Sirius Audiovox to be precise, and some of the channels seem to have been locked. He can't remember the lock code, and resetting to factory default resets everything 'except' the locked code.

What can I do?

Why don't you just call Sirius? Which channels are locked out? Howard 100 & 101? If so, you may be on the family plan. You need to call and upgrade to the full uncensored plan.

Nope, some music channels actually. 50-60 I believe.

They can "refresh" the signal. Perhaps that will help.

Bahahahahahaha, I knew there was a reset function, just didn't know the proper sequence. I emailed them about it, and they sent me the instructions.

I reset it to factory default.

Gotta love good customer support.
