Default Cam Wake to the NFL

Apparently signing a 4 year deal with the Fish.

Big but expected loss for the Leos.

It was just a matter of time before someone down there snatched him up.

Great player.

Basically the only NFL teams I'll follow are the ones that have former identifiable CFLers who actually get to play a bit

Good for Wake. lets hope he speaks well of the CFL for us.

Darn, he was scheduled to visit the Saints, but he'll fit that 3-4 D nicely.

I'm suprised actually. I saw Wake as more of a situational pass rusher in the 4-3. I have to assume that they are looking at him as an pass rushing OLB in the 3-4 and I didn't see him in the mold.
Guess we'll see how it works. either way, I think he'll be solid in the NFL.

I think he'll thrive in a 3-4 as a situational pass rusher. I don't think he'd play very well at DE in a 4-3 scheme, I think that one yard buffer on the line of scrimmage in the CFL helped him ALOT.

Kudos to him on the richest contract signed by a CFL'er going to the NFL.

From the sounds of it they're going to use him as an OLB, which was his position in college.

I think he is too small for a DE in the NFL. He was a OLB for Penn State, and was a pash rusher for them. I dont see the Dolphins using him in coverage that often, he reminds me of a smaller DeMarcus Ware.

He will probably be used on special teams.
Dolphins have one of the top defenses, he's a second or third string at most!
