Default Best 22" Glossy LCD with Rotation?

I'm having a hard time finding a monitor that suits my needs. I do play FPS a lot but I really like black levels so I'm not sure if TN or PVA is best for me. The other problem is that I'm absolutely certain that I want a glossy screen monitor (otherwise I would stay with my LG 204WT). I would prefer the monitor to have height adjustment and rotation because I turn my monitor often for web, graphics, reading comics, playing vertical arcade games. Lastly, I have a Shuttle system that is basically on the brink of being able to play all the current games very well with AA and most features maxed at 1680x1050 so I think I have to restrict whatever monitor I buy to that resolution and so I am assuming 22" is probably the maximum I should go for?

Any ideas which LCD I should be looking for? The stores all seem to be full of 24"s and there doesn't seem to be much selection with rotation AND glossy screens at the 22" size.

I'm pretty big proponent to S-IPS panels simply because color reproduction and contrast ratio tends to be better. There are complaints about ghosting as opposed to M-PVA, but either I'm not as sensitive to this phenomenon or the sheer quality improvement of the image balances it out.

Unfortunately, I don't think any 22" panels come in S-IPS, only 20.1, of which I know some of the early Dell 2001 models and HP monitors use. But I've been out of the loop for a couple of years, since I haven't really been looking, so maybe they have IPS in different panel sizes now...
