I admit I didn't know whether to lock this one or just move it. I figured move it, and it can always get locked down later.

I mean, it's performed pretty much average over the past couple months. Shown a couple glimmers of hope and looked absolutely brilliant at times. Still on pace to be paid off in a good amount of time.

Once in a while though, I just don't know if there's something wrong with it or maybe it hurt itself in a fight with another mortgage in October.

Maybe you would have been more satisfied with a secure line of credit on your powerplay?

Don't get too many penalty minutes, or you'll be forced into an early retirement.

for the value though your not going to get a better performer, everyone around here just jumps on your mortgage when every other mortgage does the exact same thing adn we dont he about that? I think some people have a pre conceived idea of jumping on everything and anything your mortgage has done to you. I for one am tired of judging it based on its past...

I hate when people sign mortgages and expect them to be the loans they were 3 years ago.

I think you need to play your mortgage in role it's best suited for. Right now it's probably getting too many minutes per night. Fire Keenan.
