Anyone else receiving this banner ad?

as soon as a page loads I'm getting a banner ad that has sound.
"congratulations, you have been selected..."

Edit: it requires no mouse over or anything.

Nope, I'm only seeing one that's red with a flashing border that's for a free lottery of some kind, not for a Nintendo Wii, and no sound.
