Default Sunshine Card Question

Just wondering, does anyone know if you can and a buddy can both use the same card for a day? IE of the 7 days, burn day 1 and 2 of the card on the same day?

thanks in advance

I'm pretty sure it's not possible to do this. They scan the card when you hand it to them to get the discount/free day and I'm almost certain the cards are non-transferable.

Worth a shot, but almost certainly not going to work.

I think anyone can use the card though, just not 2 people in the same day.

They make you activate the card online before you get there the first time. You have to fill in your name, address, and similar information. If they suspect that you arent the card owner when they scan the bar code, they can request picture ID and refuse the use of the card. I suspect it is unlike they look twice at them as long as the name and the person using the card is of the same sex.

Or at least that is how it was last year....

That's how it is with the Louise card, but not the Sunshine card. You can activate the Sunshine card online and then you're protected in the event of loss ie: can get it replaced, but you don't have to activate it to use it.

Really ... I could have sworn it was at the Sunshine ticket window that I was turned away, but it must have been Lake Louise. I can see it in my mind ... probably too much Christmas celebration totally destroyed my mind!
